Genting Hong Kong sponsors Youth Outreach Crisis Centre for Boys renovations

• November 28, 2013

Hong Kong, 27 November, 2013 – Genting Hong Kong has made a HKD300,000 donation to Youth Outreach to sponsor the renovation project for its Crisis Centre for Boys.

To celebrate the completion of the project and to thank the generosity of Genting Hong Kong, Youth Outreach hosted a reopening ceremony yesterday (26 November) at Youth Outreach Jockey Club Building in Sai Wan Ho. Youngsters currently residing at the centre were invited to the event to share their life stories and learning experience with the guests.

Mr Blondel So, Chief Operating Officer, Genting Hong Kong, said, “The Year 2013 is a special year for us. It coincides with our 20th anniversary. We’re honoured to be able to sponsor Outreach to refurbish its Crisis Centre for Boys. Many of our employees are young people from around the world. We’ve chosen to partner with Outreach because we appreciate the very meaningful work they’re doing for these youngsters.
